= Exam =

The exam for the course took place on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 14:00 - 16:30 h in Hörsaal 026+036 in Building 101.

62 students were registered for the written exam. Of these 61 participated, TODO which passed. 2? more BSc students will take oral exams on Wednesday - Friday, February 24 - 26 (in room 051-02-28 = office of Prof. Bast = where the lights and the bench are).

<p style="color:darkred; font-weight:bold;">Note: since we felt that the exam was a bit harder than last year, we shifted our usual points -> grades scale (see below) by 5 points, that is, we effectively "lifted" each grade to the next better grade (e.g. 2.0 -> 1.7). Also note that if just one or two points were missing to get to the next better grade, we took a second and sometimes third look at the exam to see if these points could be found somewhere.</p>

<p style="color:darkred;">The exam inspection (Klausureinsicht) took place on Thursday, February 20 from 14:00 - 15:00 in room 051-02-028 (office Prof. Bast). Five students came. The grade improved in three cases (in each case one step = to the next better grade).</p>

A maximum of 100 points could be reached. The minimum number of points needed to pass the exam was ??. The assignment of points to marks and the distribution of marks over the participants was as follows.
