= Information on the exam for "Information Retrieval, WS 21/22" =

The exam took place on Friday, 4th of March 2022 from 14:00 - 16:15 in Hörsaal [[https://mm.informatik.uni-freiburg.de/room/101-0-26|HS 026 in Building 101 of the Faculty of Engineering]]. 29 people were registered for the exam and all of them came to the exam.

We corrected the exam on the same day and entered the grades in the HISinOne at around 19:00 h of that day.

The exam inspection took place on Tuesday, 8th of March 2022, 14:00 - 15:00 h, in room [[https://mm.informatik.uni-freiburg.de/room/101-1-16|SR 101-1-16/18 in Building 101]] (and not SR 101-2-16/18, as first announced). Nine people showed up and additional points were found for six exams, for each of which, the grade improved to the next best partial grade (1.3 -> 1.0, 1.7 -> 1.3, 2.3 -> 2.0, three times 3.0 -> 2.7).

== Rules for the exam (for the record) ==

The rules were as follows. Participants were asked to come to the entrance of HS 026 '''at 13:45 h the very latest''' and please consider the following:

1. If you have symptoms of an infectious disease or if you have reasons to believe that you have one, please stay at home and cancel your registration for the exam. Your absence from the exam then does not count as an exam attempt.

2. If you are healthy, please bring a 3G-certificate together with some official ID that includes a photograph of you. Please have your 3G-certificate ready via a QR-code, so that we can verify it easily.

3. You have to wear an FFP2-Mask for the whole durations of your stay in building 101 (in particular, during the whole exame).

4. Please bring a pen in your typical writing color and a pen in another color (that can be easily distinguished from your writing color). Don't use red, that's our color!
